Managing Partner & Co-founder
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Kerala in 1973 and later pursued the chartered accountancy course to become an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1986. He started his practice in August 1986 and was elevated to a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1991. Founded the firm in the year 2002 and continues to be the managing partner of the firm.
He was elected as the Chairman of the Thiruvananthapuram branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the year 2002-03. He was also a past member of the Public Finance Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Suresh Babu brings with him experience of over 35 years in dealing with taxation and accounting.
CA. P. Ananthakrishnan

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Kerala, Mr. Ananthakrishnan obtained an associate membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 1992. He worked as internal auditor of BPL group of companies in Bangalore and later on at Smithkline Beecham also at Bangalore before entering into practice in the year 1994. He was elevated to be a fellow member in the year 1998. Founded the firm in the year 2002 and brings with him expertise in audit and foreign investments.
CA. Roshan Venugopalan Nair

After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Kerala, Mr. Roshan Venugopal successfully completed the Chartered Accountancy course and became an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2012. He joined the firm initially as an article assistant and was later elevated as a partner in April 2012. He has qualified for the DISA course conducted by ICAI. He was elevated to a fellow member in the year 2017

Partner
A qualified Chartered Accountant, he earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from IGNOU in 2020 and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2023. Following his qualification, he began his professional career as a Credit Manager at ICICI Bank and subsequently joined the firm as a Partner in April 2025
STAFF STRENGTH
All the partners of the firm are actively involved in the day-to-day functioning of the firm. The firm is supported by a well-structured team of 25, comprising qualified professionals, semi-qualified chartered accountants, article assistants, and dedicated support staff. The team is well trained in the areas of audit, taxation, accounting, financial analysis, and allied services, and is capable of independently handling assignments in accordance with the firm’s quality control standards and professional requirements.
